Shipping Coverage

Blaatan currently delivers handcrafted premium leather jackets across India (Pan India shipping coverage).

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Since every jacket is handcrafted, each order undergoes dedicated production and quality inspection before dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 7–8 business days
  • Non-metro cities & remote locations: 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available during selected campaigns or offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Delivery address
  • Valid mobile number
  • Correct PIN code

Blaatan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Blaatan does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on the website.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Refuse delivery if possible
  • Take clear photos of the package
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
