Shipping Coverage
Blaatan currently ships across India (Pan India delivery coverage).
Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Since our leather jackets are handcrafted, each order requires dedicated production and quality checks before dispatch.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 7–8 business days
- Non-metro cities & remote locations: 8–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Valid mobile number
- Correct PIN code
Blaatan will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Blaatan does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on the website.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
- Refuse delivery if possible
- Take clear photos of the package
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Blaatan, every leather jacket is handcrafted with attention to detail and premium craftsmanship. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality standards.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The size does not fit properly
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
To qualify:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must be returned in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable)
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen display differences
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and issue details
- Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved:
- Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
Replacement products will be dispatched after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
Return & Refund Process
If a return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after successful inspection
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was from Blaatan’s side
Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
- Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping requests
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted and the order will fall under the return policy
Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo inspection before approval of refund or exchange. Blaatan reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
