WARRANTY
What warranty does Blaatan offer?
Every Blaatan jacket comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship — including stitching failures, zipper mechanism failure, hardware failure, and lining delamination under normal use.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover: damage from accidents, negligence, or misuse; normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, patina); water or chemical damage; cosmetic damage from contact with other garments; damage from improper care (machine washing, tumble drying); or alterations performed by anyone other than Blaatan.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@blaatan.com with your order number, date of purchase, a description of the defect, and photographs. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 10 business days.
Do you offer repairs after the warranty period?
Yes — we offer a repair service for all Blaatan jackets. You are charged for the shipping , the material costs and the labor. Email support@blaatan.com to arrange an assessment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is Blaatan[BlackStone’s] return policy?
You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. A 360-degree open-box video is mandatory to initiate any return or exchange. Please email orders@blaatan.com with your order number to initiate the process.
Can I choose a different item in an exchange?
Yes. You can exchange your item within 7 days and receive a replacement of the exact same product or any other product. If the replacement is of higher value, you pay the difference. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How long does a refund take?
After the refund has been initiated by Blaatan, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return/exchange a product bought online in a physical store?
No. A product purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online — not in a physical store.
Is the return policy applicable internationally?
The return policy above applies to products purchased in India only. Each international market has its own specific return policy. Please contact orders@blaatan.com for details.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items with removed tags; items returned after 7 days; Flash Sale 'Final Sale' items; and customised/personalised jackets.
SHIPPING
What is Blaatan[BlackStone’s] shipping policy?
Blaatan ships all orders within 5–6 business days. The usual delivery promise is 7–8 days for metro cities and 8–10 days for the rest of India.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details and tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can track your order on blaatan.com/track or via the courier partner's website. For any concerns, contact orders@blaatan.com.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order by emailing orders@blaatan.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. We do not charge for deliveries within India. International orders attract shipping charges that are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
I received a damaged product — what should I do?
Email orders@blaatan.com within 48 hours with clear pictures or a video of the damaged area along with your order number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 72 hours and dispatch a replacement or offer a full refund.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay debit and credit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), net banking transfers, and EMI options.
Is it safe to use my card on the website?
Yes. Our online ordering process is private and secure. The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page (Razorpay) that is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. We do not store your card details on our servers.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please try again using a different payment method. If the amount has been debited from your account but the order was not confirmed, please wait 24 hours — the amount will be automatically refunded. If not, email orders@blaatan.com with your transaction reference number.
Are EMI options available?
Yes. EMI is available on eligible credit cards. Available tenure and interest rates are displayed at the payment step and depend on your bank's terms.
